• Presentation of the DiziScop software and the different supports (Dongle, DiziSpy)
• Creation of a "light" project using a training model with an PLC
• Know how to defined and choose the variables required to create a relevant machine cycle diagram.
• Configuration of the acquisition mode (manual or calendar)
• Groups creation for a hierarchical organization of the machine project.
• Compound variables creation for movements analysis, potential defects, interdependencies between PLC, robots, etc.
• Exploitation of the various signal analysis graphs (time chart, pareto chart, frequency chart, etc.).
• Subdivision of cycles to define the cycle diagram
• Exploitation of a cycle diagram by part reference.
• Put the cycle diagram on top of an acquisition in progress for dynamic analysis
• Cycle time
• Setup a camera and define its triggering parameters.

After the training, the participant will be able to apply the following skills:

• Starting DiziScop
• Creating a project / Opening an existing project
• Connecting to a device
• Use of the different acquisition start-up modes
• Navigation, formatting, exploitation and analysis of collected signals
• Creation of compound variables
• Backup and exploitation of a cycle model diagram *
• Use of the camera module

* The training objective isn't to carry out a complete cycle diagram but to understand how it works using an existing one.
